Refund & Return Policy
At Komodo Station , we take pride in the quality of our accessories and gear. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we have established this policy to ensure a fair and clear process for all requests.
1. Request Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. Requests made after this 14-day period will not be eligible for consideration.
2. Justification & Proof of Defect
To qualify for a refund, we require clear and verifiable proof. Please note the following requirements:

Proof of Delivery: You must provide valid proof that the package was received.

Video Evidence: In the case of a product defect, you are required to provide a clear, unedited video showing the item and the specific defect. Photos alone may not be sufficient to validate a claim of damage.

Assessment: We reserve the right to review all provided evidence before approving or denying a refund request. Requests that do not include the required video evidence or clear justification will be rejected.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the process. Please be aware of the following:

Processing Time: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Bank Delays: Due to standard banking and payment gateway processing times, it may take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been issued by us. We are not responsible for the speed at which your specific financial institution processes these transactions.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for the following:

Items damaged due to improper use or installation by the customer.

Delayed deliveries caused by carrier providers (please refer to our Shipping Policy).
